(June 2026 Launch)

By participating in the ZzzTape Creator Program (“Program”), you agree to the following guidelines.

1. Program Overview

• This is a performance-based launch running from June 10– July 10, 2026.
  
• Participation beyond this period is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of Twelve Fifty Holdings LLC d.b.a. ZzzTape (“Company”).
  
• Creators must be 18+ and U.S.-based.
  
• Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on performance.
  

2. Content Requirements

• You are committing to posting original video content during the launch period.
  
• Content must feature ZzzTape Mini Strips.
  
• Videos should include:
  
  
  You using the product on camera (placing the tape on your lips)
  
  
  A clear demonstration of how it works
  
  
  Sharing your experience and benefits with your audience in a natural, authentic way
  
  
  
• A “video” must be:
  
  
  A unique concept (different hook, angle, or structure)
  
  
  Not reused, reposted, or slightly edited versions of the same content
  
  
  
• Posting the same video across multiple platforms (e.g., TikTok + Instagram) counts as 1 video total.
  
• All content is subject to Company approval for tier qualification.
  

3. Commission Structure

Commissions apply only to sales generated between June 10 – July 10, 2026 unless otherwise approved in writing by the Company. Any extension of the Program is not automatic and is subject to Company approval.

Tier 1 (3 videos)

• 15% commission on organic sales generated through your affiliate link
  
• 3% commission on whitelisted / partner / Spark ads
  

Tier 2 (5 videos)

• 20% commission on organic sales generated through your affiliate link
  
• 5% commission on whitelisted / partner / Spark ads
  

Tier 3 (10+ videos)

• 30% commission on organic sales generated through your affiliate link
  
• 10% commission on whitelisted / partner / Spark ads
  
• Movement between tiers is not automatic and requires content approval by the Company.
  

4. Performance Bonuses

30-Day Organic GMV Bonuses (June 1–30):

• $2,500 → $250
  
• $5,000 → $750
  
• $10,000 → $1,500
  
• $25,000 → $4,000
  
• $50,000 → $10,000
  
• $100,000 → $25,000
  

⚡ Bi-Weekly Cash Bonuses (discretionary):

• Top GMV: $500
  
• Best Video: $250
  
  
• Bonus categories, structure, and amounts are subject to change at any time at the Company’s discretion.
• Revenue generated through paid ads does not qualify towards this bonus.
  

5. Payment Terms

• Commissions and bonuses are paid Net 30 from the end of the month.
  
• Commissions are only paid on completed, valid, non-refunded transactions.
  
• Payments are processed via our payout provider (e.g., Tremendous), and fees may apply per their terms.
  
• The Company may delay or adjust payouts for verification, compliance, or fraud review.
  

6. Content Usage & Ads

• By participating, you grant the Company a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, reproduce, and distribute your content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.
  
• ZzzTape may whitelist and run ads using your content.
  
• Additional commission applies to whitelisted / partner / Spark ads as outlined above.
  

7. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Run paid ads using ZzzTape brand terms or direct-response creatives
  
• Bid on branded keywords or impersonate the brand
  
• Post affiliate links on coupon/deal sites
  
• Make unapproved, misleading, or medical claims about the product
  

8. Compliance & Responsibility

• You are responsible for complying with FTC guidelines, including proper disclosures (e.g., #ad).
  
• You agree to represent the product honestly and responsibly.
  
• Participation is voluntary. You acknowledge you are choosing to promote and use the product at your own discretion.
  

9. Accounts & Eligibility

• Only one account per creator is permitted.
  
• Creators must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  

10. Termination & Enforcement

• The Company may modify, pause, or cancel the Program, commission rates, or bonuses at any time.
  
• The Company reserves the right to remove any creator from the Program for non-compliance.
  
• The Company reserves the right to withhold or forfeit unpaid commissions in cases of violations, misuse, or fraud.
  

11. Independent Status & Taxes

• Creators are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of the Company.
  
• Creators are responsible for their own taxes and reporting of earnings.

13. Liability

• The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the Program.
  
• The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside of its control.
  
• Creators are solely responsible for their content and any claims made.

Additional Legal Terms

• You represent that all content you create is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
  
• The Company reserves sole discretion in determining attribution of sales across organic and paid channels.
  
• The Company may reverse, withhold, or recover commissions in cases of refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations.
  
• The Company may remove any creator whose behavior or content is deemed harmful to the brand.
  
• Creators may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of the Company.
  
• Any non-public program details shared by the Company should be kept confidential.
  
• The Company may update these guidelines at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
  
• These guidelines are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
