How to apply the tape?
STEP 1: Pull strip's sides apart to separate backing and expose adhesive
Please pull each side gently to avoid any tears in the tape. The tape's elastic nature would allow you stretch it and remove the backing
STEP 2: Apply to dry and pursed lips & massage the tape to secure its position. Seriously! Make sure to massage the tape
Massaging the tape is a crucial step as it warms up the medical grade adhesive and ensures it sticks to your skin, lips or beard for a full night coverage
STEP 3: Enjoy a restful night sleep with the world's most flexible, breathable & comfortable mouth tape
To remove the tape in the morning we recommend to slowly peel it off from the top part and pull/roll it down
