Terms & Community Guidelines

Welcome to the ZzzTape Creator Program.
Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with creators who genuinely enjoy our products and create authentic content that educates and inspires others. By accepting gifted products, submitting content, using an affiliate link or discount code, receiving commissions, or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Community Guidelines.
1. Program Overview
The ZzzTape Creator Program is an ongoing affiliate and creator partnership.
Creators may receive free products, affiliate commissions, bonuses, paid collaborations, or other incentives. Program benefits, commission structures, eligibility requirements, and incentives may change at any time at ZzzTape's discretion.
2. Content Guidelines
Creators are encouraged to create honest, original, and authentic content based on their own experience.
Content must:
- Be truthful and not misleading.
- Comply with FTC disclosure requirements and platform policies.
- Avoid unsupported medical or health claims.
- Respect third-party intellectual property rights.
- Maintain a professional representation of the ZzzTape brand.
Creators remain responsible for all content they publish.
3. Content License
Except for the rights granted below, creators retain ownership of their original content.
By participating in the Program, creators grant ZzzTape a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, create derivative works from, and otherwise use submitted content for any marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, or commercial purpose across any media or platform now existing or developed in the future.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Social media
- Paid advertising
- Websites
- Email & SMS
- Retail
- Presentations
- Public relations
- Television
- Future marketing channels
ZzzTape may crop, resize, edit, caption, add graphics, subtitles, branding, or otherwise modify content for marketing purposes, provided the creator's overall message is not materially misrepresented.
No additional approval or compensation is required for future use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Advertising Permissions
ZzzTape may use creator content for both organic and paid advertising.
Where available, creators agree to provide Partnership Ads, Spark Ads, or similar advertising permissions. If those permissions are unavailable, ZzzTape may continue using the content under the license granted above.
5. Affiliate Program
Approved creators may receive an affiliate link and/or discount code.
Commissions apply only to valid qualifying purchases and remain subject to refunds, fraud prevention, and current Program terms.
Commission structures and bonus opportunities may change at any time.
6. Bonuses & Campaigns
From time to time, ZzzTape may offer additional bonuses, seasonal promotions, creator challenges, paid collaborations, or campaign incentives.
Participation requirements will be communicated separately for each opportunity.
7. Product Claims
Creators should share their genuine personal experience with ZzzTape.
Creators may not make false, misleading, unsupported, or unapproved medical or disease-treatment claims or present themselves as healthcare professionals unless legally qualified to do so.
8. FTC Compliance
Creators are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising laws and FTC disclosure requirements.
Any gifted products, affiliate relationships, or paid collaborations must be disclosed where required.
9. Confidentiality
Any non-public information shared by ZzzTape, including campaign details, commissions, product launches, pricing, or marketing strategies, should remain confidential unless otherwise authorized in writing.
10. Program Changes & Termination
ZzzTape may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Program at any time.
Either party may end participation at any time.
ZzzTape reserves the right to suspend or remove creators who violate these Terms, misuse the Program, engage in fraudulent activity, or materially harm the ZzzTape brand.
Unpaid commissions related to fraud or material violations may be withheld or forfeited.
11. Earnings Disclaimer
Participation in the Program does not guarantee commissions, bonuses, paid collaborations, or future opportunities.
Creator earnings depend on many factors, including content performance, audience engagement, campaign objectives, and customer purchases.
12. Independent Contractor Status
Creators participate as independent contractors.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, or exclusive relationship.
Creators are solely responsible for their own taxes and reporting obligations.
13. Affiliate Platform
Participation also requires compliance with the terms of our affiliate platform:

If any operational conflict exists regarding tracking or payments, the affiliate platform terms will control those specific functions.
14. Liability
Creators are solely responsible for their content and any claims made within it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZzzTape shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Program or events outside of its reasonable control.
15. Indemnification
Creators represent that they have all necessary rights and permissions for any submitted content.
Creators agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZzzTape from claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Submitted content
- Breach of these Terms
- Violation of law
- Infringement of third-party rights
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any dispute arising from the Program shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
17. Assignment
ZzzTape may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction.
Creators may not assign their rights or obligations without ZzzTape's prior written consent.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement regarding participation in the ZzzTape Creator Program and supersede any prior discussions or agreements relating to the Program.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by ZzzTape to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
19. Acceptance
By accepting gifted products, submitting content, using an affiliate link or discount code, receiving commissions, or otherwise participating in the ZzzTape Creator Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Community Guidelines.
