Thank you for shopping with ZzzTape. We strive to deliver your order quickly, safely, and transparently. Below is our full shipping policy, including processing times, costs, and delivery expectations.


1. Order Processing Times

All orders ship from our fulfillment facility in Cleveland, Ohio.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.

During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Notes:

  • Delivery times are based on typical USPS performance and do not account for weather, carrier delays, or USPS service disruptions.

  • For Canada, duties and tariffs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.


3. Shipping Costs

United States

  • Standard Shipping: $4.95

  • Express Shipping: $9.95

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $39+

Canada

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on USPS international rates.

  • Duties, taxes, and tariffs are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.


4. Local Delivery Options

We currently do not offer local delivery or in-person pickup.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages (Carrier-Confirmed)

If USPS confirms your package is lost, contact us at support@zzztape.com.
We will assist with a replacement or next steps.

Delayed Packages

Weather events, holidays, and carrier operational issues can cause delays.
These are outside our control, but we are happy to help guide you through the process.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, email support@zzztape.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and item


6. Returns, Changes & Cancellations

Order Changes & Cancellations

We can only modify or cancel an order before it has shipped.
If you need a change, contact us immediately at support@zzztape.com.

If the order has already shipped, you may initiate a return once it arrives.

Thank you for choosing ZzzTape/Twelve Fifty Holdings LLC for your mouth tape needs. We are committed to providing a high-quality product and excellent customer service.

1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the purchase date. To qualify:

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 15 business days

  • Banks/credit card issuers may require additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact support@zzztape.com.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

For damaged or defective items, contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@zzztape.com for replacement instructions.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.
