I have been a mouth tape user for 2 years now. I was using a competitors mouth tape successfully, until recently. My last six month supply order of the black tape wasn't adhering all night and would literally fall off. Their Customer Service sent me another six month supply order with postage paid return of the defective order. The second order did not adhere either. At that point they told me there was nothing more they could do. They told me it was probably a heat related issue. That mouth tape is made overseas. They did issue me a full refund and apologized for not being able to help.
After a good bit of online searching and reading reviews, I chose ZzzTape. I ordered a one year supply which gave me the best price and they included a very nice zipper travel case. Made in the USA. Shipped to my home in a few days. I have been using the Large ZzzTape for about two weeks now with great results! Sleeping and waking up is much better now! Morning removal is pretty easy and stays adhered all night until I remove it.

Since I started using ZZZ Tape, my cpap number for leaks has been ZERO.
Before the tape, my mouth would open during the night and the number for leaks would be way up there. No more dry mouth, & all the problems that come with it.
I really wanted to try the mini tape because of the amazing oral health and sleep benefits. Being a dental hygienist I always recommend nose breathing to help improve oral and sleep health. Very happy with this. Soft, flexible, airy fabric that has just the right amount of give. It has the tiniest bit of permeability to it.
I like size, it covers just enough and sticks real well.
Pulling off, as with any of these mouth tapes , youll notice .... but it doesnt injure or leave residue. And the adhesive has no smell.. at all.

The mouth tape works excellently and removes without tearing your skin and does not irritate skin and can remove a corner to sip water through a straw and goes back in place.
This tape is awesome. I never would have imagined using something like this. It works perfectly, and at times I won't even tell you my CPAP settings. Ever since I was operated on in 2008 for a deviated septum, I had a hard time trying to learn to breathe through my nostrils, and this tape came into my life, and it's a game-changer.
I’ve been using this officially for almost 2 weeks. The nasal strip helped a ton with opening up my airway. Mouth tape alone in the past hasn’t worked and the combination is great. The mouth tape is also top notch, stretchy and comfortable, similar to KT tape. My bf says I don’t snore or sound like I’m chocking anymore. I don’t need to sleep as long and feel rested when I wake up in the morning. Great product!
Could it be better? Sure. But compared to the competition (yes, the one with the heavy marketing — think Liam Neeson hunting you down if you messed with his family), this one holds up.
I needed something to keep my mouth shut with my nasal CPAP. The full-face mask wasn’t beard-friendly at all — I’ve never had to shave that much in my life. With this, stubble for a few days is fine, a week’s worth struggles, but once the beard is longer and settled, it works surprisingly well.
I went with the large for better grip and coverage. Clean-shaven? You’ll get Spider-Man-level grip. But even then, removal is easy and oddly satisfying.
Not flawless, but solid. Overall, I’m happy with it — beard and all.
The Zzz tapes are working well. It helps me a lot to breathe through my nose. I've been a notorious mouth breather and wake up with dry lips and mouth. It's too early to judge as my sleep schedule is erratic for different reasons (work, stress), but I think the quality of my sleep is improving. I have a moustache and beard and the adhesive sticks well. It works best if I carefully have the adhesive attach to my face to the right and left of my moustache as well as over it, and I am careful to attach it well on the lower end also. I'm very happy thus far.
These strips have been one of the best I’ve tried so far! Less harsh on my skin than the others that would leave a red mark on my nose. Held on more securely as well
I have sleep apnea and I wear a mouth guard. I was still having many drops per night due to my mouth opening when I sleep on my back. Zzz tape cured me of this, and now I only have one drop per night!
